Toy Boatbuilding, sponsored by the Patuxent Small Craft Guild, has been part of the museum for over 30 years. Always a highlight at the Solomons Maritime Festival in May and Patuxent River Appreciation Day in October, it is now a regular feature of our public programming.
Make a toy boat from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Space and materials are limited; visitors will be accommodated on a first come first served basis.
A $2 donation per boat is requested; museum admission is required. For ages 5 and up.
