There is always something special going on at the Calvert Marine Museum. Our PEM Talks offer lectures on Paleontology, the Environment, and Maritime History throughout the year. The education department boasts special programs for all ages, from our Sea Squirts for toddlers, to Road Scholar programs for seniors. The Waterside Concerts bring in big name performers designed both to entertain and to raise funds to support our operation. There is always something to entice you back. Waterside Music Series is a 25-year tradition at the Calvert Marine Museum

Lectures and Films at the Calvert Marine Museum

The museum regularly schedules lectures that align with the three major themes

First Free Friday takes place the first Friday of every month. The museum is open free to the public from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m.

The museum brings musicians both local and from around the country to share their music.

The Calvert Marine Museum is a family museum and every day is an opportunity to create family memories.
