5. What do I do if myself or friend/family member is handicapped?
If you are buying a ticket for a handicapped person, please call the museum at 410-326-2042 x 16 or 18. We have a seating section designated for handicapped and can ticket that person out of that section. Due to a limited number of handicapped seats, tickets for that section are based on availability.

6. Where do I park if I have a handicapped tag?
A limited number of handicapped parking spots are on the grounds. An overflow handicapped parking area is located in the medical building lot across from the museum's back gate. Due to the limited space we have on the grounds, we encourage guests to bring the handicapped person on the grounds, drop them off, and park their vehicle in the overflow lot.

8. Is food and drink available on the grounds during the concert?
Yes, a food court is set up on site for your enjoyment. A variety of food vendors will be serving American, Chinese, BBQ, Seafood, etc. Several beverage stands are also on the grounds. 9. Will I be able to see from the Reserved section?

About 4,400 seats are set up for an outdoor concert.

11. How can I order tickets in advance of the public sales date?
Museum members get first-crack at purchasing tickets for our large concerts. As a museum member, you receive an Advance-Sales order form in your Bugeye Times newsletter. You can order up to 8 tickets in advance of the public sales date. These sales are ticketed out of our best, centered section. To become a member, please see the membership order form on this website, or call Vanessa Gill at 410-326-2042 x 18.

12. Where do I park for the concert?
Parking for the concert is located in the field across the street from the Museum's front gate. A parking donation of $2.00 is requested.

TOP

13. Can I bring a cooler?
No coolers are allowed on the grounds. All money raised from purchases at the beverage stations goes towards the museum and its educational programs and exhibits.

14. What happens if it rains?
All of our concerts are rain or shine events, which means that we plan to hold the concert even if it is raining. The performer is under cover but the seats are not, so the show will go on if it rains. We ask our patrons to dress appropriately, bring a raincoat, and enjoy the evening. No umbrellas will be permitted into the venue. If severe weather occurs, we provide as much shelter as possible inside the museum, but ask patrons who drove to return to their vehicles until the severe weather has passed. In the event a show is cancelled due to weather, it is up to the performer to try to reschedule the event. If the performer is unable to reschedule, then ticket buyers can send their tickets back to the museum to receive a tax-deduction letter for their financial support. We will not issue any refunds even in the event of a cancellation.

15. I bought my ticket and can't use it, can I return it?
There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets. In cases where we are sold out, you may leave your name and number at 410-326-2042 x 16, 17 or 18 and we will try to pass it along if someone calls and is interested in tickets.

16. I ordered my tickets the week before the concert and haven't received them in the mail.  What should I do?
Tickets ordered 12 or fewer days before the concert are placed in Will Call instead of being mailed. These tickets may be picked up the day-of the concert, beginning at 10:00 a.m. They are also available for you to pick-up when the gate opens in the evening.

17. I ordered my tickets before the mailing deadline and haven't received them or I lost my tickets.  What do I do?
If you've lost or haven't received your mailed tickets, please contact us the week of the concert at 410-326-2042 x 16 or 18. We will re-issue you the same seat numbers and place your tickets in Will Call to be picked up the day-of the concert.
