Little Minnows:
Sharks! 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. These fascinating predators are found all over the world, even in the Chesapeake Bay. The more we know about them, the less we need to fear them. Space is limited. Preregistration required. Call 410-326-2042, ext. 41.

Saturday, July 12
SHARKFEST! 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Have your picture taken in the jaws of a Giant Megalodon shark skeleton. Learn the amazing facts about shark habits and habitats. Find a 20-million-year-old shark's tooth in the Discovery Room. The day will include fish face painting, marine games, shark crafts, displays by the Fossil Club, and shark mural painting. All activities are free with museum admission.

2008 "FURocious" Concert:
 Featuring the music of multiple popular emerging bands such as "Stop Motion Poetry" and "Stacy Clark" who also have concerns for animal welfare. Admission is FREE and open to the public except for special V.I.P. seating, available for purchase in advance through the Animal Miracle Foundation at www.nationaldogday.com. Bring a blanket or chair for seating. Food and beverage vendors available. The concert will begin around 6 p.m. on the CMM outdoor stage.
